
Tom Kelly has been a professional journalist for 36 years, including over 10 as the Real Estate Editor for the Seattle Times. He is the host of an award-winning radio show called "Real Estate Today," and has authored, or co-authored, five books, including "Cashing in on a Second Home in Mexico" and "Cashing in on a Second Home in Central America."
Tom's nationally syndicated radio show recently began its 17th year and is now heard in approximately 45 U.S. markets through syndication by Business Talk Radio. He publishes a weekly real estate column that is also syndicated nationally, now being featured in the The Los Angeles Times, St. Louis Post Dispatch, Miami Herald, Houston Chronicle, Rocky Mountain News, Louisville Courier, Tacoma News Tribune, Portland Oregonian, Reno Gazette-Journal and dozens of other newspapers.
He spends a portion of each month enjoying Mexico and is frequently asked to speak about his expertise related to real estate, baby boomers, second homes and property in Latin America.
Tom was president of the Santa Clara University class of 1972, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Composition and was a three-year letterman in rugby.
